For the informal event, these impressive chef-attended stations invite your guests to mingle as they enjoy the incredible food and views of the golf course.
Menu includes:
Cheese and cracker display, Fresh garden salad with dressings, Choice of carving station with assorted rolls, pasta station with bow-tie and fettuccini pasta along with marinara and alfredo sauces, coffee and ice cream sundae bar. Add an Oriental station (stir-fried chicken or beef with oriental sauce, vegetables, and rice) or fajita station (sliced chicken or beef, tortillas, cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream, etc.) for an additional $5/person per station.
