Here at The Links at Carillon we strive to offer Chicago’s best Permanent Tee Time program at one of the area’s top conditioned courses.
Details of the 2010 Players Club
- Groups will either play the Red-White or White to Blue courses
- The season will run for 26 weeks beginning April 10/11
- We have blocked off several times allowing our lead “Players Club” groups to establish a front nine pace of 1:54 versus the old 2:08 allowing for potential “under four hour” rounds
- With a full field, we will not insert any non Players Club golfers within the allotted club tee times.
- Range balls are complimentary from 5:30am until 8am to all who prepay for the entire season. All others will have the opportunity to purchase a range bag for $20 that can be filled each week.
- Each golfer will be responsible for their own Handicap fee ($25)
- If paid in advance, the yearly fee will be $1,300.00. You will receive 8 weekday vouchers. ($400.00 value) Groups paying the entire $5,200 will receive 40 rounds (10 per person).
- If paying installments, the rate is the same $1,300.00, however, no vouchers will be given and range balls are extra. Pre-Payment requirement will include ($500 due February 28th. This includes lock-in deposit) and 4 equal payments of $200 on dates listed below.
- Full group pre-pays will have priority over installments regarding rotation and tee times.
- Players will receive a 10% discount in the pro shop for all non-sale items.

This is how the program will work:
Groups that pre-pay will “own” their tee-time for the season. Those that pay installments will keep their time as long as they meet our players club guidelines. You may resell, give away* or rotate players as you see fit. (Keep in mind you are responsible for who plays in your slot)
A $400 non-refundable deposit (per group) will be required to lock in this program. No times are guaranteed until deposit it received. This fee will be applied to future payments.
If paying for the season:
You will be charged the total amount of $1,300 due by January 31st. If paying by installments, $500 will be due by January 31st followed by four equal payments of $200 on the weekends of April 10-11, June 19-20, July 24-25 and August 28-29.
Payments: All players paying by installments MUST provide a credit card to be held on file with an expiration date that extends through August 2010.
A maximum of four players per tee time will be allowed to pay installments, no ½ payments will be accepted. If paying by Check, checks must be submitted before teeing off on payment day. Failure to pay WILL result in playing privileges being revoked with no refunds.
Summary: Player Club Members will receive 26 weeks of golf, GPS, range balls before tee time(if pre-paid), special events and opening/closing day banquet along with many other “member” perks.
(Bag storage is available for $50 for entire season)
Bonus: Pay all fees by Jan 31st and receive 8 weekday vouchers good for green and cart fees Monday-Friday anytime (excludes leagues, outings and certain times on Holidays) or Saturday-Sunday after 12pm. This is an added value of $400. Groups that pay the entire $5,200 will receive 40 vouchers total.
